General Sessions – Please plan to attend the General Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:00am.  We will be providing a few important updates about our Association before turning the spotlight over to the Keynote Speakers, Mike Mullen on Tuesday and Seraina Maag on Wednesday.

TMPAA Charities – Support our troops by stopping at our table in the Vendor Trade Show.  Pack a box and write a letter of support to one of our service men and women serving in active duty areas of the world.

Name Tags – We made it easy to locate Members, Carriers, Vendors and Member Prospects by color coding the name tags.  Carrier Partners are yellow, Vendor Partners are blue, Agency Members are white and Member Prospects are red.

Bring a new DVD to the Mid Year Meeting and we will get it to our troops in Afghanistan

Once again at our meeting we will be asking attendees to pack a box and write a letter to our active duty service men and women serving in Afghanistan.

This year, working with contacts at the USO, we have learned that there is a significant need for downtime entertainment.  So in addition to the many items we have been traditionally sending to our troops, we would like to include DVDs.  Please bring a new, unwrapped DVD for us to include in our care packages.  Movies, TV shows and music are all acceptable.

This "Packages from Home" initiative is funded by your generous donations to TMPAA Charities.  Thank you for the support!

The TM Women’s Networking Group is being developed to provide an additional business incubation and professional development forum for women members of the TMPAA. The group is also designed to promote leadership of women in the program industry segment and encourage women currently in these leadership positions to join and participate in the TMPAA.

The group's kickoff event will be a Women’s Networking Lunch at the TMPAA Mid Year Meeting in Baltimore.  Mark your calendars for Tuesday, May 7 at NoonLocation TBA.

We want your ideas about how to use this opportunity and have created a forum on the Association's Linked In page to generate discussion.

We received an increased number of agency submissions for the third annual TMPAA Marketing Campaign Award competition, co-sponsored by the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association. A panel of Program Administrators and insurance marketing professionals from the IMCA had an opportunity to review them all, and the top three "Awards of Excellence" winners were chosen.

Be sure to attend the Wednesday morning General Session to spark some ideas for your program marketing and congratulate our 2013 Marketing Campaign Winners.
