Description of Product or Services you would like to promote in the Association:

We are a Policy Administration SaaS Platform that has full stack capabilities from Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Underwriting as well as Mail and Print. We also can staff and run the platform on behalf of our clients. We offer a full-service call center, handle printing in house, and can offer licensed claims processing services. In addition to standard insurance operating processes, our Insurance Executive Group offers consulting for new and existing businesses.

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

As a turnkey product, we take a consultative approach with new clients. This allows us to get a good working knowledge of their needs so that we can guide them through the implementation process. We give the client the ability to control system features such as capacity and storm shutdown which allows for them to make changes to the system in real time. We have the advantage of being a small organization that understands Carrier/MGA operations, while also understanding the software side.

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?

We have an insurance product that was created by insurance experts. With the understanding of insurance business needs, our team has built the system to allow for faster implementation times. In the Florida market we are known as Citizens Takeout experts. Our platform also has a niche in handling mobile home policies, something most platforms struggle with. Both our mobile home and homeowner platform is highly tunable without dramatic software development necessary. Our product provides a low barrier to entry in both time and budget, while providing features and functions that our competition lacks.
