Insurance valuation services to property carriers, brokers and program managers.  Includes traditional boots-on-the-ground, onsite inspections and appraisals, as well as access to our Value Adequacy Application that allows large-batch valuation adequacy checks.

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

Given the hard property market and global supply chain issues, valuation adequacy is the #1 concern among property carriers today.  It behooves Association members and their policyholders to be aware of resources to managers and ITV issues.

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?

We are the largest and oldest valuation in the world. We are the only firm with a Valuation Adequacy Application that is being used by carriers.
