Johnston & Associates is a Third Party Administrator, Medical Bill Review and Safety Consulting company.

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

1. We limit our adjusters to 75 claims, lost time and medical only.  We also keep the claim with the same adjuster throughout the life of the claim.
2. We hand-audit all medical bills, we do not use automated bill processing.
3. Through our proprietary Method Oriented Safety Thinking (M.O.S.T.) system, we typically provide a 65% reduction in the number of work-related injuries a company experiences.  We work with regional and national companies in multiple industries.
