How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

Given the typical profile of insured clients that address their risks through programs, our approach to AI/ML for homogeneous claims sets is very powerful. We ingest both structured and unstructured data from the program manager/carrier/TPA, mix in third party data, and give very early direct guidance on unrecognized severity, potential atty involvement, and potential lawsuits on a claim by claim basis.  This depth of analysis and real time guidance is very powerful to have adjusters and their managers to prioritize work. Our system is like having your very best claims manager look at every claim every night.

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?

I/ML companies working in the insurance space are generalist AI companies. Our focus is currently AI/ML for claims orgs in both the property/casualty industry and the Life, Accident, Health industry.
