• Claims Solutions - We provide a full range of TPA technical claims handling, field adjusting, appraisals, and supply chain solutions for a variety of programs and insurance policies.

• Delegated Authority Management – We support the management of the Delegated Authority (DA) business lifecycle to meet operational, regulatory & compliance needs. 
• Premium Credit Control – Market leading premium credit control solution for the legacy and live markets across all placements, focusing on improving payment performance, cash flow and data quality. 
• Loss Fund Management – Dedicated service in relation to current and legacy loss funds that returns known and unknown assets. We ensure all funds that are held in trust are true and accurate with all participating parties; by identifying unknown loss funds, reconciling these loss funds against cash reserves with any realization of funds ultimately resulting in a positive impact on our client’s balance sheet.
• Reinsurance Support – Our services support business in all aspects of their Reinsurance program including BAU resource and support for reinsurance system implementation, migration, and upgrades.

• TPA & Coverholder Audits - we can undertake the end-to-end management of the audit process including the scoping of the audit to the appointment of the auditor through to the audit report being received and any recommendations being followed up.
• Actuarial Solutions - Provides actuarial consulting services to clients in the Senior, Supplemental Health, and Life Insurance markets. We work with insurance companies and other entities to help them make informed decisions and develop strategies that fit their business needs.  We perform a full spectrum of actuarial functions to support our clients.
