We are a subrogation specialist firm built on leading technology.  We combine legal and claims professionals with innovation and data analytics to improve recoveries and provide unprecendented data to our clients.

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

We are set up to work with many types of claim structires.  Most of our clients use TPAs which is a typical model for program administrators.  Using us in tandem with a claim team or a TPA provides expertise for subrogation and data analytics that are important to understanding a book of business as well as insight into claims and adjusting practices.

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?

We have two key differentiators, our technology and our legal expertise.  Our system is structured so that all claims are overseen by an experienced attorney.  This additional oversight helps to improve recoveries.  We also provide unique data analytics to our clients that can be used to improve underwriting, claims and overall insight into a book of business.
