Plan of Action

TMPAA Charites has partnered with the Spencer Educational Foundation to provide scholarships to undergraduate students pursuing careers in Risk and Insurance.  The scholarships are in the amount of $7,500 and are awarded annually.  In addition to the scholarship funding, additional dollars will be earmarked annually for support services that will include, but not be limited to, inviting students to TMPAA events to learn about Program Business and employment opportunities.  TMPAA will also work with Spencer to access students and campuses with the aim of bringing Program Business careers to life via live and virtual classes, and to recruit students from Spencer’s vast network.

Packages from Home Initiative

  • TMPAA Charities will continue to work with the “Packages from Home” organization to purchase material and pack boxes at each October Summit that will be delivered to deployed service members. Funding for this effort in 2025 was $10,000.

TMPAA Charities Projected Financials

  • 2025: $37,500 across five Spencer scholarship awards, $30,000 across 6 directly awarded scholarships + $7,500 for student travel to TMPAA conferences + $10,000 for support of student initiatives + $10,000 supporting Packages from Home = $95,000 in total support
  • 2026 Projected: $90,000 across twelve scholarships + $10,000 for student travel to TMPAA conferences + $15,000 for support of student initiatives + $10,000 supporting Packages from Home = $125,000 in total support
