Ms. Donavan joins the New York-based digital insurance infrastructure company from Fin Capital, where she was a venture partner. She has spent about 20 years as a senior underwriting executive, including as CUO of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty’s cyber, technology and media professional liability operations.

In the newly created position, Ms. Donavan will oversee Boost’s program underwriting, product development and portfolio management, and will develop the reinsurance and risk capital markets strategy.

Ms. Donavan is based in New York.
