Greene & Associates Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer, Phil Rapini
May 17, 2021 - Greene & Associates, Inc. welcomes Phil Rapini as its new Chief Financial Officer. Greene & Associates, Inc., located in East Aurora, NY and in its 35th year of operation, has grown to one of the largest commercial insurance program underwriters in the country.
Mr. Rapini will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the specialty insurance brokerage firm, as well as developing future revenue models for the company. He is a Certified Public Accountant as of 1991, and previous CFO at LoVullo Associates Inc. for 17 years. Mr. Rapini created and managed Superior Payment Plan, LLC, a specialty insurance premium finance lending company. He is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo.
His appointment comes as long-time CFO, Terry Greene will be retiring later this year.
