New Badging Process
|
|
Badging is getting more efficient! We’re introducing an updated badging process for this meeting, with badges printed on-site via self-service kiosks. Prior to the event, you will receive a QR code to your registration email from our badging provider, Just Attend.

When you arrive and are ready to pick up your badge, simply head to any self-service kiosk, scan your QR code (or search by name), and your badge will print instantly. The TMPAA team, along with a Just Attend representative, will be available to assist with any questions and ensure a smooth experience.

Early Registration &
Trade Show Set Up
|

Due to the record number of attendees and Tuesday’s 8 a.m. Trade Show opening, we strongly encourage those arriving on Monday to utilize early registration. Badge pickup and Trade Show setup take place from 4 to 6 p.m.

Exhibitors: Packages sent to the hotel with the TMPAA shipping label will be delivered to the Trade Show room AFTER confirming payment details with FedEx at (214) 749-0667.

Carrier Tables and Target Markets Flags
|
|
Both Carrier Meeting Rooms will be open for the duration of the event. For carriers that reserved a table in advance, a logo sign will be placed on the table before registration opens on Tuesday.

Additionally, red, white, and blue flags will be displayed in various areas in the Atrium to ease congestion near the TMPAA registration table. Please specify a flag color as your meeting point when coordinating appointments with attendees.
