Prior to his appointment, McKenna held several roles during his two-decade stay at AIG, responsible for handling US, Canada and EMEA financial lines. His experience leading cross-border business development and expansion projects made him a natural fit for MS ADH to explore more acquisitions and investment opportunities in the US market.

Afterward, he moved to RSG Europe, serving as the chief executive officer for seven years.

In this role, McKenna will report to Johan Slabbert, chief executive officer of MS ADH.
