Description of Product or Services you would like to promote in the Association:

IML, together with its group of affiliated companies, can assist Program Administrators with maximizing their share of profits from books of business they administer. IML can provide a fully licensed Class 3A Bermuda rent-a-captive, Independent Risk Solutions, Ltd., that will allow Program Administrators to participate in underwriting profits. IML is also able to assist with the capital that a Program Administrator might need to execute a rent-a-captive program. Additionally, within the IML group is an insurer, United Insurance Company Limited, which can be used to provide reinsurance capacity when necessary to launch the program.

How does your product or service specifically target/benefit Program Administrators:

IML and its affiliated insurance companies are assisting Program Administrators in participating in the underwriting results of profitable programs.  Our value proposition is unique in that we are willing to assist with capital and able to provide fully licensed insurers.

What differentiates your product from others in the marketplace?

• IML can arrange capital support, if needed, to ensure that the Program Administrator is successful in executing the proposed program.
• Our insurers are not limited to risk free arrangements only.  Most rent-a-captives require the arrangement to be risk free, covered normally by a combination of capital, letters of credit and reinsurance.
• We are also prepared to assist Program Administrators in setting up their own captive insurance companies, should that approach be beneficial.
